About the role

This position is ideal for someone with early‑to‑mid experience in sourcing or supply chain who is eager to grow into a leadership role.
Coordinate RFPs & contract administration: Help draft RFPs, compare proposals and negotiate sample pricing and terms.
Gather cost inputs for frames, foam, fabrics, hardware and packaging and assist with cost analysis and budgeting.

Support vendor management & sourcing: Assist in identifying and evaluating upholstery manufacturers and material suppliers across Asia, Europe and the United States.
Maintain supplier databases, organize business reviews and support onboarding processes.
Track contract deliverables and manage purchase orders and sample requests through completion.
Maintain BOMs & cost data: Update and maintain detailed bills of materials (BOMs)-the comprehensive lists of materials, components and operations needed to manufacture each product.
Assist with supplier discovery & AI tools: Use AI‑enabled search platforms and market databases to research new suppliers and support vendor discovery.
Cross‑functional communication: Serve as the liaison between sourcing, design, product development and operations, ensuring that everyone has up‑to‑date information on materials, costs and lead times.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Supply‑Chain Management, Business, Industrial Design or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply‑chain management, preferably in furniture or consumer goods.
Familiarity with furniture construction and materials
ability to understand how raw materials, labor and packaging contribute to finished‑goods pricing.
Experience maintaining BOMs and working with ERP/MRP systems or advanced spreadsheets.
AI proficiency or openness: Willingness to learn and leverage AI‑driven tools for supplier discovery, cost analysis and market research.
