About the role
- Location: Traveling between TN, KY, NC, SC, AL, GA Schedule: 1st Shift 7am - 3:30pm Employment Type: Full Time Pay: Starting at $23/hr Job Description We're a fast-growing mechanical contractor specializing in commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities
- Perform equipment startups for VRF systems, rooftop units, and split systems
- Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to meet installation timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and startup procedures
Requirements
- Proficiency in copper brazing and pressure testing
- Experience with equipment startups and commissioning procedures
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and wiring diagrams
- Solid understanding of low voltage wiring and HVAC control systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
