About the role
- You are motivational, energetic and a respected leader who brings the COVID vaccine strategy to life and engages the organization to adopt new ways of working to achieve the mandate of evolving the Go-To-Market model for Vaccines.
- You are empathetic to understand what is feasible given competing priorities and a "champion" who rallies followership for the transformation through organizational influence.
- You will be joining the Marketing and Commercial Strategy organization and will work closely with teams across the U.S. and the Global Business.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external agency partners to develop impactful campaigns for HCP & Consumer assets
- Bring new ways of working and implement agile approaches to enhance speed to market, and customer engagement within our digital strategy
- Build effective working relationships with key external customers, including thought leaders and patient advocacy groups across respiratory immunizations.
- Set direction, establish challenging goals, develop talented people, and recognize outstanding contributions
Compensation
- $232,500.00 - $335,833.33
- All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
