Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey.
- Be the voice of the customer. Spot trends, surface insights, and influence both our product roadmap and GTM strategy. Solve problems with urgency. Jump in to resolve customer challenges, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver fast, reliable solutions.
- Build for scale. Codify what works-helping design systems, playbooks, and processes that will enable us to support thousands of users efficiently.
- Drive adoption at scale.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in a customer/stakeholder-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced startup.
- Ideally has had experience in strategic projects/ops, customer success, talent ops, recruiting, client operations, consulting, sales, etc.
