Responsibilities
- Communicates visit and volume information, in conjunction with, or in absence of practice lead to all physicians and APC's within the practice.
- Performs service recovery duties for appropriate issues using sound judgment.
- Maintains working knowledge of quality efforts within areas of responsibility and supports high quality patient centered care including the implementation of quality initiatives where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with previous physician practice management experience is required.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Supervisory experience directing other's work required.
- Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change.
- Direct knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in a physician office practice highly preferred.
- Physical Demands
- Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
