About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support high-priority initiatives by turning strategic direction into clear workplans, timelines, decisions, and follow-through.
  • Drive high-priority work forward.

  • We're hiring a high-capacity operator into the Innovation & Delivery team to help drive Clover's most important cross-functional initiatives from strategy into execution.
  • This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and likes turning ambiguity into momentum.
  • You'll work closely with others in the Innovation & Delivery team on high-priority initiatives, helping translate direction into structured action, drive workstreams forward, and build the operating cadence that keeps complex work on track.
  • Own discrete parts of major cross-functional efforts, ensuring milestones are met, dependencies are managed, and progress stays visible.
  • Build the trackers, meeting cadences, project documents, and communication rhythms that help teams execute effectively.
  • Learn Clover's business model and operating rhythms, build strong working relationships, and become a reliable execution partner on one or more high-priority initiatives.
  • Become a trusted operator on high-impact initiatives by consistently driving follow-through, improving how teams work together, and helping deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

  • You've had 2-6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations: high-performance, analytically rigorous environment.
  • You are highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple threads moving without losing the big picture.
  • You know how to turn direction into action and are comfortable driving execution in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
  • You are a strong written and verbal communicator who can synthesize information clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • You are energized by solving hard problems and helping teams make progress, even when the path is not perfectly defined.
  • You have good judgment about when to push independently and when to escalate.
