About the role
- Under general supervision, serves as a primary contact for employee relations matters, promoting positive workplace relationships through effective employee communication and engagement.
- Works independently on most employee relations matters while receiving guidance on complex or high-risk situations.
- Provides mentorship to level I generalists while handling more complex investigations and employee relations issues.
Responsibilities
- Assists leader prepare for unemployment hearings and drive high success rate for unemployment claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience HR or related field Required
- 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with focus on employee relations.

- Strong investigation and documentation skills.

- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Solid organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with HR Information Systems.

Compensation
- $68,400.00 - $102,600.00 / yr
