About the role

  • Under general supervision, serves as a primary contact for employee relations matters, promoting positive workplace relationships through effective employee communication and engagement.
  • Works independently on most employee relations matters while receiving guidance on complex or high-risk situations.
  • Provides mentorship to level I generalists while handling more complex investigations and employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assists leader prepare for unemployment hearings and drive high success rate for unemployment claims.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience HR or related field Required
  • 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with focus on employee relations.

Compensation

  • $68,400.00 - $102,600.00 / yr
