About the role
- The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor oversees daily pharmacy workflow and pharmacy technician schedules to ensure the needs of the business and customer service standards are maintained and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor is responsible for employee engagement and advocating for the pharmacy technician team while supporting the Pharmacy Manager in solving complex problems.

Requirements
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or ExCPT) required
- State licensure with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy required
- A minimum of 4 years of pharmacy related experience
- 3 years of experience in team leadership or a supervisory role position
- Final rate contingent on years of experience.
Nice to have
- Advanced PTCB certification preferred
Skills
- Ability to use data to evaluate outcomes required
- Working knowledge and experience with electronic medical record systems, performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have excellent attention to detail to all areas of compliance
- This position operates in a professional office and clinic environment
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to operate a computer and other office
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing
- Occasionally required to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds (such as files, office
- May occasionally move between clinic and administrative areas and be exposed to a typical
- dashboards, database products, and analysis tools
Compensation
- starting at $71,968 up to $112.320.
