About the role
- Waystone is seeking an Associate to join the Directorships team!
Responsibilities
- Independently manage client document review and quality control of service level, including a 24 hour turn around on all communications and timely saving of relevant information to Salesforce.
- Managing the Document Execution Form ("DEF") workflows for board resolutions, agreements and other transaction documentation prior to director execution.
- Maintain professional interaction with internal and external clients in conversation and in emails.
- Manage and present tracking schedules at regular team meetings.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant financial services experience in either fund governance/directorships, corporate services, fund administration/accounting, auditing or legal work.
- Bachelors' degree or internationally recognized professional qualification
- Arrange phone calls for the Directors and compile all necessary meeting materials (when required).
- Be able/willing to take on additional duties as and when required.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 2 years' financial services experience.
- A knowledge of fund structures, fund documentation and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including reporting and providing support to various members of a large team and diverse client portfolio complex portfolio of Cayman domiciled hedge funds and companies.
- Outstanding time management, organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, critical thinking and attention to detail is required.
