About the role
- Gather and analyze product feedback and enhancement requests through direct review, documentation, focus groups, and research.
- Communicate product plans, updates, and value effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in root cause analysis to recommend product improvements and enhance product fitness.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will drive the delivery and adoption of high-value product capabilities by transforming customer insights, market research, and business objectives into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
- You build alignment across teams and effectively navigate trade-offs.
- Own and curate product roadmaps that align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
- Partner with the product management team to build, validate, and continuously refine the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering to identify, scope, design, estimate, and deliver product features.
- Deliver clear and effective functional product documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage product version releases.
- Collaborative and influential: You build alignment across teams and effectively navigate trade-offs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product marketing, professional services, systems development, or IT operations.
- Experience in IT Operations domains such as ITSM, PPM, Asset Management, or similar
