Write engaging scripts and UX tracks for film, social/ digital campaigns, animation or live experiences.

Implement a combination of strategic, conceptual and writing skills in order to deliver persuasive stories and copy to our clients and their audience.
Deliver impressive presentations!
Manage the creative process; keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing every piece of creative work that you and your team produces.
Ability to collaborate with anyone; we're not looking for "superstars" or people whose ego gets in the way of creative development.
Attention to small details in both copy decks and designs won't just save everyone headaches, it's extremely important.
Experience developing successful concepts working in collaborative multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to lead and mentor other writers.
Along with their partner, Bakery writers are in large part responsible for the ideas we develop.

Strong understanding of what a good creative brief is and when to push back / request revisions.
