About the role
- Strategic Analytix is looking for a skilled System Administrator with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology systems.
Responsibilities
- This employee will manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
- They will provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, etc.
- Lastly, the system admin will support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in resolution process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- CWIP IAT Level 1 required.
- CWIP IAT Level 2 required.
- CWIP IAT Level 3 required.
- Certification: CWIP IAT Level 1 required.
- Skill Level 2: Experience: Ten (10) year's experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Skills
- Provide help desk and escalation problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
