Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop employees while fostering a high-performance team culture.
- This position will support Advanced Development Programs inside the Advanced Radar Systems OU.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in supply chain
- will consider a minimum of 9 years of related experience in supply chain with a HS diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience leading teams or managing personnel in a supply chain, operations, or project management environment.
- Experience in forecasting material costs, supply chain risk management, and managing complex supplier specifications, drawings, and SOWs
- Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) concepts and their application in supply chain management, to include (SAP, ERP, EVM)
- The ability to obtain a government Secret security clearance.
- Working in fast-paced, dynamic program and supplier environments, with a track record of risk mitigation and issue resolution.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Nice to have
- Experience in large electronics production and/or sustainment programs.
- Experience with developing complex agreements such as long-term agreements, teaming agreements, strategic alliances, MOAs, overriding Terms and Conditions, claims, and settlements.
- Experience in supplier issue resolution.
- Have an active secret security clearance.
- Experience of Federal and Defense contracting requirements, including ITAR and FAR.
Compensation
- $115,500.00 - $173,300.00
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
