About the role

The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting a variety of activities of the SHARE Network across various sectors and settings.
Reporting to the Administrative Director, your duties will involve both long-term and short-term tasks, team coordination and individual project management, and maintaining current initiatives as well as exploring new initiatives.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential programmatic issues and enhancing operational activities.

Plans, supports, and coordinates regular community events in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Creates and organizes project-related handouts by ensuring all necessary materials are current, accurate, printed regularly, and properly filed and stored.
Maintains and regularly distributes Resource Guide to Hubs and other community partners.
Enters and manages quantitative and qualitative data documenting SHARE Network activity.
Provides administrative support and database management responsibilities as assigned.

Creates and grows audience for email newsletter and social media presence.
Maintains inventory and re-order supplies.
Developing marketing materials.
Working with and developing relationships with external partners.

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 The included pay rate or range represents the University's good faith estimate of the possible compensation offer for this role at the time of posting.
