About the role

  • We're looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator/Specialist to serve as the central operational backbone of our People function, including supporting both recruiting execution and employee experience initiatives.
  • This is an onsite opportunity in our El Segundo, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage all logistics related to candidate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Manage job postings across platforms (e.g. Greenhouse and external job boards).
  • Support offer creation and coordination, including preparing offer letters and tracking approvals.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track and moving efficiently.
  • Maintain recruiting data integrity and generate basic reporting on pipeline activity and hiring metrics.
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth and welcoming new hire experience.
  • Maintain and audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy and completeness across employee records.
  • Provide support across people programs and initiatives (e.g. training, engagement activities, values council, and more).
  • Help build and refine foundational People and Talent processes as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting coordination, or people operations in a technology environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Tech-savvy, must have experience with Greenhouse and comfortable operating in a Microsoft-based environment.
