- As a Data Operations Analyst, Investment Data Operations, you will help deliver accurate, timely, and complete market reference data across core systems and business processes.
- This role supports investment operations, finance, risk, and reporting by applying analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- In a dynamic, time-sensitive environment, you will be expected to manage multiple priorities, re-prioritize effectively as needs change, and maintain strong attention to detail with a data quality mindset.
- Support daily market reference data operations, including security setup, onboarding, maintenance, and timely delivery across core systems and reporting processes.
- Support stakeholder requests for data enhancements, operational improvements, and new business requirements.
- Document operational procedures, workflows, data definitions, and controls to improve consistency, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
- Review and validate pricing and valuation data for public and private investments in line with established policies and data quality standards.
- Participate in change initiatives, system upgrades, and testing activities, including data validation, user acceptance testing, and implementation support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data operations, investment operations, middle office, back office, or financial systems support.
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year.
