- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HubSpot CRM Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry and ensure that all information is up to date and correctly formatted within the CRM.
- User Support: Assist team members with HubSpot-related inquiries, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a data management or CRM-related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Nice to have
- The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of professional experience, a strong understanding of data entry, and familiarity with CRM systems and Excel.
- This position will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data management and effective reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes
- prior experience with HubSpot is a plus.
