- This individual operates at the intersection of content, analytics, and distribution, ensuring that everything we produce is packaged, positioned, and optimized for performance in-feed.
- They bring a deep understanding of platform mechanics - from algorithms and formats to audience behavior - and translate that into clear, repeatable systems for execution.
Responsibilities
- Own content packaging and distribution, including writing captions, headlines, and hooks; selecting formats; and optimizing the first moments of content for engagement
- Manage publishing cadence and scheduling, including timing optimization and content calendar oversight
- Drive audience development strategies, including follower growth, engagement loops, and repeat viewership
- Maintain deep expertise in platform-native features and best practices, ensuring Bridgewater stays current and competitive
- Partner cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Multimedia, and Communications teams to ensure alignment from ideation through distribution
- Lead post-mortems and performance reviews, identifying what worked, what didn't, and how to improve going forward
