- Being the 1st point of contact for users of AML's FX e-commerce platform.
- Expected to have comprehensive knowledge of platform in order to provide a premium client experience.
- Problem investigation and resolution
- Extensive liaison with electronic and voice FICC sales teams
- Configuration of pricing schedules for clients
- B.E./B.Tech./MCA from a recognized university
