Responsibilities
- You'll partner with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver digital products that are data-informed, insight-driven, and human-first.
- Build content & tools for patients, caregivers, and HCPs who have been diagnosed and/or treated with CLL, WM, MZL, MCL, and FL
- Partner with engineering, UX research, design, marketing, and data science to deliver integrated, scalable experiences.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Expertise in AI-driven personalization, experimentation frameworks, and large-scale user engagement.
- Background in oncology, chronic disease management, or digital therapeutics a plus.
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or related field.

Compensation
- $155,800.00 - $205,800.00 annually BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location.
- The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.
- Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only.
- Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
