About the role

Are you an experienced finance leader who enjoys turning data into insights that guide key decisions and long-term planning?

Lead the organization's financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
Build integrated financial models that connect business strategy, operational drivers, and financial outcomes.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
Partner with business and operational leaders to evaluate investments, prioritize resources, and improve financial performance.
Develop scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to advise strategic decisions.
Implement and optimize financial planning tools and reporting systems.
Build and lead a high-performing team focused on analytics and strong business partnership.
This role is responsible for developing the processes, models, and insights that support executive decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior leadership.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams.

Experience at a leading investment bank or management consulting firm, followed by work at a complex, scaled operating company.
Experience in sports and entertainment is a plus.

$180k - $215k USD.
Develop and manage the annual operating plan, long-range financial plan, and rolling forecasts.
