Responsibilities

  • Oversee the collection, validation, and management of customer data spanning trade channel operations, sales and marketing operations, market access initiatives, patient support programs and syndicated data sourcing
  • Drive the intake and integration of new customer data sources into 360 views
  • Own customer golden records, affiliations management and all associated business rules/process
  • Own the development and maintenance of customer360 in partnership with IT
  • Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to automate data pipelines and improve data workflows
  • Oversee and manage contracts for commercial data procurement
  • Partner with market access teams to ensure that commercial data supports ongoing operational activities in relation to rebates, contracts and pricing etc.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing data operations, improving data accessibility, and enhancing commercial processes.
  • Identify and implement improvements in data processes to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • This role is responsible for collecting, validating, and managing customer data that drives business insights, supports sales, marketing, market access, patient support programs and ensures the smooth operation of commercial activities across the organization.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in related discipline and 5 years of related experience
  • Masters in related discipline and 3 years of related experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with multiple commercial data types, including trade channel data aggregation, EMR claims data, syndicated/third party data, as well as personal and non-personal promotional data, is strongly preferred.
  • Hands on experience with industry standard data offerings (from IQVIA, Symphony, OneKey, and such)
  • Prior commercial data analytics experience a plus.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of pharma trade channel data and various syndicated data sources
  • Experience in managing customer data and driving MDM processes
  • Knowledge of commercial business processes (Sales Ops, Digital Marketing) and how they interact with MDM
  • Experience with data automation tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Strategic thinking and cross functional problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel, Access, and other database experience
  • BS/BA degree in related discipline and 5 years of related experience; or
  • Masters in related discipline and 3 years of related experience; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of oncology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Oral specialty drug experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • The base pay range for this position is $168,000 - $238,000 annually.
  • The base pay range may take into account the candidate's geographic region, which will adjust the pay depending on the specific work location.
