About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
You will play a key role in planning, tracking, and communicating project progress while managing risk, scope, and expectations along the way.

Lead implementations end to end
Own the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned implementation projects
Build project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
Manage project budgets by monitoring actuals against estimates
Manage scope changes, trade-offs, approvals, and sign-off
Drive strong customer outcomes
Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Set and manage customer expectations around timelines, governance, communication, and delivery responsibilities

4 to 6 years of project management experience, ideally in software or SaaS
Experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level projects within a professional services environment
A track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget
Strong knowledge of project management best practices across waterfall and agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as needed
