About the role
- This role provides exposure to DMA's sales process, client engagement strategies, and service offering s while supporting business development initiatives.
- Help coordinate and prepare for meetings with prospective clients, including calendar scheduling and materials preparation
- Research prospective clients and industries to understand potential business needs
Responsibilities
- Assist with outreach to prospective clients via phone and email to support meeting scheduling efforts
- Support practice development leaders in executing outreach strategies and tracking engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and update internal systems as directed
- Support development of prospective client lists and sales leads through research and data gathering
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on projects and initiatives
- Help maintain organization of documentation, contact lists, and sales tracking tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- o Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams; Excel )
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong listening skills and willingness to learn
