Responsibilities

  • Drive capital-raising processes from origination through to closing, including coordination of investor outreach, engagement, and due diligence.
  • Financial Modelling & Valuation: Build and maintain complex bottom-up three-statement and LBO models, fund-level waterfalls (GP/LP distributions), and DCF analyses, alongside performing detailed valuation work on portfolio companies and fund interests.
  • Client & Investor Management: Manage key client and investor relationships. Engage directly with GP clients, assist in managing deal processes, and serve as a primary point of contact in investor discussions and buyer negotiations.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop and refine high-quality client materials, including Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and pitch books, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and clear strategic positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance, inclusive team environment.
  • Drive & Motivation: A proactive, self-starter mindset with the desire to succeed in a demanding but rewarding environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets, or GP-led Advisory) or Private Equity / Private Capital investment roles.
  • Strong financial modelling skills, including LBO, DCF, and continuation vehicle returns waterfall analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to analyze business models and translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets, or GP-led Advisory) or Private Equity / Private Capital investment roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong financial modelling skills, including LBO, DCF, and continuation vehicle returns waterfall analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited institution required.
