About the role

Purpose of the position EO is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Career Commons Coordinator.
As the Coordinator, you will provide hands-on career learning experiences for youth of all ages, creating a unique and impactful approach to career exploration.
In this role, you interact with co-workers, school district representatives, volunteers, and students to ensure students have an engaging learning experience in Career Commons.

Collect data and testimonials from educators/students during visits to Career Commons to enhance student experiences and support reporting on program impact and outcome reporting

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
The employee is required to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
Certificates, licenses, registrations required

Have a clear understanding of all the partners in the Career Commons and understand the learning activities in their learning lab
Lead learning lab activities with students to facilitate learning and career exploration
Understand the EO student engagement strategy for all education and emerging workforce programing
Work with the entire workforce innovation team to prioritize and balance the needs of educators, employers, and volunteers, to provide excellent learning experiences for students
Understand and abide by the Career Commons and EO standards of operation to support educational partners and students visiting Career Commons.
