About the role
- Purpose of the position EO is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Career Commons Coordinator.
- As the Coordinator, you will provide hands-on career learning experiences for youth of all ages, creating a unique and impactful approach to career exploration.
- In this role, you interact with co-workers, school district representatives, volunteers, and students to ensure students have an engaging learning experience in Career Commons.
Responsibilities
- Collect data and testimonials from educators/students during visits to Career Commons to enhance student experiences and support reporting on program impact and outcome reporting
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- The employee is required to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Certificates, licenses, registrations required
Nice to have
- 5 years' experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

- Understand and abide by the Career Commons and EO standards of operation to support educational partners and students visiting Career Commons.
- Work with the entire workforce innovation team to maintain a clean, organized educational setting in Career Commons
