About the role

  • This entry-level role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems.
  • This position is performed on-site during Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support continuous improvement of the cycle count program through count planning, discrepancy analysis, root cause classification, and corrective action tracking
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing to resolve inventory accuracy issues
  • Maintain alignment between the ERP system and other software systems such as Cogiscan and Kardex
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
  • As an Inventory Control Specialist I, you will support inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, minor adjustments, and collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, material handling, or warehousing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle challenging situations
