About the role
- Freddie Mac's Multifamily Asset Mgmt Surveillance team is currently seeking a Multifamily Asset Mgmt Senior Analyst.
- Our team is integral to managing and monitoring the risk in our multifamily portfolio.
- You will be involved in processes related to property surveillance and reporting Master Servicing Freddie Mac multifamily securitized loan information to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in asset management, banking or finance with specific emphasis on asset management, commercial lending, property inspections, and credit analysis/underwriting.
- Familiarity with real estate data, terminology, and basic real estate concepts.
- familiarity with additional programming languages is welcome.
- Experience working with large data sets and relational databases.
- Understanding of and experience with technology productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to prioritize and be self-directed
- Ability to quickly learn and apply real estate concepts
- Employees exercise this responsibility by executing against policies and procedures and adhering to privacy & security obligations as required via training programs.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired
- Strong programming skills, especially in Python and macros (e.g., Excel VBA)

Compensation
- This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $66,000 - $100,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
