About the role

  • Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5.
  • We're also proud to say that The Last of Us Parts I and II are now available for the first time on PC.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps. Ensure the team is on track with their goals
  • Maintain a constant awareness of game status through regular play sessions

  • We are looking for the right candidate to get in early and help define the processes, requirements, and infrastructure that will support the project through launch and beyond.
  • On the game team side, you'll partner with leads and directors to understand their needs.
  • You'll develop processes to improve communication, scheduling, and overall quality of life; all while developing the kind of ground-breaking video games we're famous for.
  • Our ideal candidate is someone with a deep understanding of the complexities of game development and a track record of building processes to help the team achieve their highest potential.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position.
  • For nearly 40 years, Naughty Dog has been crafting best-selling, critically acclaimed games that constantly push the boundaries of narrative, gameplay, and technology.

Skills

  • Solid understanding of video game development, software development processes, and project management practices
  • Experience working with character development and cross-discipline pipelines.
  • Expertise in common Production methodologies and software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, on both a personal and team level
  • Self-starter. Approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution

Compensation

  • At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
  • Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
  • The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.
