About the role
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of vendor management, sales strategy, business development, and executive relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Lead vendor strategy and business planning to achieve revenue growth, margin performance, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans that strengthen the TD SYNNEX and vendor partnership.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, including the development of innovative service offerings that combine vendor capabilities with TD SYNNEX solutions to create unique customer value.
- Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to support effective inventory planning and operational execution.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to uncover growth opportunities, support customer engagement, and enable successful sales execution.
- Communicate vendor priorities, manage rebate and incentive programs, and work with marketing teams to drive awareness, demand generation, and campaign execution.

Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, product management, business development, sales, channel management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business recommendations
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
- Strong negotiation, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to ethical business practices
Compensation
- $88,000 - $92,425 CAD
