About the role
- Kenn Borek Air (KBA) is a diversified worldwide aircraft charter and leasing operation.
- The KBA Maintenance team is currently seeking an individual for the Stores Department.
- The position of Stores Expeditor is responsible for the movement, stocking, issuing, base transfers, and returns of aircraft parts, tooling, and equipment in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative functions associated with processing aircraft parts and company supplies
- Maintain records of requisitions; receive and issue materials/parts according to the requisitions submitted
- Enter all inventory transactions along with repairs' ETA into the inventory management system to maintain accurate inventory records
- Maintain a well-organized receiving area, constantly knowing where all the parts are being stored to assist in retrieval
- Perform and complete other duties assigned by the Material Department Manager
Requirements
- Deliver and pick-up parts from local vendors/shops, if required
- 2 years of experience in materials management or inventory control functions is an asset
