Responsibilities
- You'll be at the intersection of technology, process innovation, and business growth - building systems that empower our teams to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Data analysis and data pipeline experience.
- Strong command of Python and Node.js
- Proficiency with AWS and Git
- comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines
- Daily, practical use of AI coding assistants ( Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
- understanding of strengths/limitations across tools
Skills
- Mid-level+ hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks ( React and/or Vue )
- Proficiency with AWS and Git; comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines
- Architecture-focused mindset: scalable systems, clean integration points, long-term maintainability
- Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats
- Experience with data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian language
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
