About the role
- The Senior Technical Project Manager will report to the Manager, Technical Project Management.
- The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
Responsibilities
- Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle ensuring project is delivered timely and on-budget.
- Defines, optimizes, and manages Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large project teams. Manage hardware/software procurement of assigned projects
- Develops a program plan comprised of parallel projects and multiple project managers that collectively produce work that has significant business impact
- Creates governance practices and provides senior-level leadership oversight and control for the program
- Implements fiscal practices and controls, authorizing, recording, and reporting on program expenditures & ROI
- Develops infrastructure needed to support the program
- Minimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutions
- Influence and negotiation, communication, professional maturity & organizational savvy, relationship building, dependency mapping
- As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will identify, plan and coordinate a set of related projects within a program and manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.
- You will also apply project management principles and techniques to lead project schedule, scope, quality, cost and performance risks.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with practices such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall as well as extensive experience with pragmatic blending of styles to facilitate collaboration and delivery
- Experience with tools such as: Microsoft suite, Keynote, Smartsheet, MyPPM (Clarity), MyJira, Tableau, and PowerBI.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience in supporting large-scale, global software development programs
- Agile Certifications ie CSM
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $120,400 to $161,400 per year.
