About the role

  • The Senior Technical Project Manager will report to the Manager, Technical Project Management.
  • The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

Responsibilities

  • Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle ensuring project is delivered timely and on-budget.
  • Defines, optimizes, and manages Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large project teams. Manage hardware/software procurement of assigned projects
  • Develops a program plan comprised of parallel projects and multiple project managers that collectively produce work that has significant business impact
  • Creates governance practices and provides senior-level leadership oversight and control for the program
  • Implements fiscal practices and controls, authorizing, recording, and reporting on program expenditures & ROI
  • Develops infrastructure needed to support the program
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutions
  • Influence and negotiation, communication, professional maturity & organizational savvy, relationship building, dependency mapping
  • As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will identify, plan and coordinate a set of related projects within a program and manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.
  • You will also apply project management principles and techniques to lead project schedule, scope, quality, cost and performance risks.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with practices such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall as well as extensive experience with pragmatic blending of styles to facilitate collaboration and delivery
  • Experience with tools such as: Microsoft suite, Keynote, Smartsheet, MyPPM (Clarity), MyJira, Tableau, and PowerBI.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience in supporting large-scale, global software development programs
  • Agile Certifications ie CSM
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

Compensation

  • The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $120,400 to $161,400 per year.
