About the role
- The Key Holder is an hourly associate role with active leadership responsibility.
- Through excellent customer service and friendly interactions with associates you'll help the leadership team quickly and effectively take care of the customer.
Responsibilities
- Drives customer service during assigned period
- Supports store manager with management and coordination of the daily operations of the store
Requirements
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work at a safe and steady pace
- 12-18 months required employment to be considered for the role
- Must be in good standing (not on performance warning) and have a good or better on their last performance appraisal
Nice to have
- Must participate in Service Excellence leadership training
- Must be 18 or rising senior in high school
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in retail preferred
- Excellent communication skills
