Job Description Job Description The NSWOC RN will enhance the effective management and quality of nursing practice daily in keeping with the standards and expectations set out by governing bodies and internal policies and standards of care.

2) Assisting in the assessment and monitoring of residents / patients while working to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident/patient care plans

3) Previous similar experience in Community or long-term care, with comprehensive knowledge of duties
