About the role

  • The role will serve as a proactive and responsive 'single point of contact' for internal client groups, providing an end-to-end Center of Excellence experience through Talent Practices and Learning & Development expertise.
  • NewRocket's global Performance Management, Development Planning, and Career Planning cycles as part of the end-to-end annual Talent Cycle plan.
  • Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and manage NewRocket's global Performance Management and Career Planning cycles, supporting rating calibrations, analytics and promotion and merit cycle planning. Evolve and align practices to emerging business and culture strategies.
  • Lead the communication for HR talent practices, training, and engagement plans, leveraging HR and company communication channels to reach defined audience
  • Build NewRocket University's internal and external brand as a value-added, must-have center of excellence enabling business Stay abreast of external best practices and seek out ways to build external recognition of NewRocket University.
  • Collaborate when called upon to project management key HR-driven priorities, such as organizational restructurings, HR budget planning, and merit/promotion cycles.
  • Contribute as a leader within both the client groups, the team, and the wider business to influence new ways of thinking and working that support evolving business priorities and transformation program outcome.
  • Design, develop and facilitate instructor-led and on-demand programs that upskill role, management, leadership, and soft-skill capabilities.

Requirements

  • Continually find ways to optimize resources for economies of scale and expertise and strategize shifts in plans with any business required budget cuts.

Skills

  • Experienced in strategy development aligned to achieving short-and long- term business goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that effectively engage, inspire, and inform
  • Proven ability to track and leverage data insights to identify risks and recommend solutions
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
