About the role
- Contribute technical expertise on ITS, ATMS, signal system and transportation technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop design plans, specifications, and systems engineering documentation in line with FHWA guidelines.
- Support planning efforts, including master plans, concept of operations, and policy documents.
- Develop signal design plans, signal interconnect plans in AutoCAD and Microstation
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and electrical design documents.
- Apply knowledge across the ITS/ATMS lifecycle-from planning and design to implementation and operations.

- Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you'll apply your technical expertise to deliver innovative ITS/signal system solutions that make cities smarter, safer, and more efficient.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with FHWA Systems Engineering processes.
Nice to have
- PE license preferred.

Compensation
- As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $95,200-$142,800 annually for this position and local market.
