You will be responsible for embedding AI across our full product portfolio and transforming our internal operations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, the Vice President, Quality Engineering will define and drive Rapid7's multi-year quality engineering strategy.
Drive the adoption of advanced automation practices, including synthetic data generation, chaos engineering, and intelligent test orchestration.
Lead cross-functional alignment initiatives across product divisions to build sustainable quality improvements and unified platform experiences.
Experience building and leveraging a global network across boundaries to deliver reliable platform improvements.

Ability to break down expansive technology transformations into time-bound milestones, executing quickly while steering through complex technical landscapes.
