Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of scalable and high-performance systems.
  • Lead and document solution architecture, ensuring clear communication of value propositions and technical approach.
  • Own delivery of team deliverables through sprint planning and managing complex, ambiguous scenarios with innovative solutions.
  • Innovate and optimize features for performance and reliability.
  • Hands-on technical lead, spending at least 50% of time actively coding and contributing to development

Requirements

  • Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in delivering technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Distributed Systems).
  • Experience with shipping distributed cloud experiences across large scale software solutions.
  • 5+ years managing multiple projects or portfolio teams.
  • 3+ years of experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity, and facilitating impactful outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience developing full-stack solutions (C#, Java, Typescript,React, Next.js, Typescript, Node.js)

Nice to have

  • Experience in full stack development, from portal to all layers of the offerings.
  • Master's degree in computer science or related technical field.
  • Experience with nsjail, Firecracker and MS Orleans preferred.
  • Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Experience in hiring full stack engineers, mentoring, setting up team culture, and collaboration.
  • It is the fundamental means by which we will succeed as an organization.
