About the role
- Service Coordinator (HVAC Dispatch) is a key operations role responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing incoming service requests, organizing job documentation, and ensuring efficient daily workflow within the department.

- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and digital job files
- Support service leadership with reports, planning, and workflow improvements
- Comfort using dispatching and/or scheduling tools, email, and document management systems

Requirements

- Experience with Foundation or similar service management/ERP platforms
- Company-provided laptop (and iPad, if required).
