- Your Opportunity Reporting to the Manager, Project and Product Services - IT, the Scrum Master is responsible for enabling and supporting Agile delivery teams through effective facilitation, servant leadership, and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with BDO Canada product owners, delivery teams, and business stakeholders, the Scrum Master helps ensure teams can deliver value frequently, predictably, and sustainably.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of SDLC and ability to lead and motivate cross-functional Agile teams
- University Degree or College Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent work experience with one or more of the following certifications preferred: Certified Product Manager (CPM)/ Professional Scrum Master/ Certified Scrum Master/SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting medium to high complexity enterprise technology initiatives
- Working knowledge and experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
Compensation
- The expected range of compensation for this role is $77,000 - $117,000 annually.
