About the role
- The AutoCAD Coordinator / Drafter will contribute to both the technical drafting and coordination of CAD production, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across project deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop AutoCAD drawings and technical plans for civil engineering projects including roadway design, water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, and site development.
- Coordinate CAD efforts across our various HFW partner firms
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and survey teams to translate design concepts, calculations, and field data into accurate and detailed construction drawings.
- Maintain and enforce CAD standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all project deliverables.
- Coordinate drawing updates and revisions based on engineering markups, redlines, and project feedback to support project timelines and deliverables.
- Organize and manage project drawing files, references, and CAD documentation to maintain version control and efficient workflow across teams.
- Support project teams by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and industry drafting standards.
- Join our partner firm at Kuo & Associates (KUO) as an AutoCAD Coordinator / Drafter and play a key role in supporting the design and production of civil engineering projects that enhance infrastructure across the Greater Houston region.
