Tsugami America is seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our growing service team.
This role is ideal for recent technical school graduates, early-career technicians, or individuals with hands-on mechanical or electrical aptitude who want to learn and grow.

As a Field Service Technician, you will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of Tsugami CNC machine tool equipment at customer facilities throughout New England.
MGI is a privately held company that owns and operates eighteen divisions that supply high precision machine tools and related technology to manufacturers throughout North America.

Must be highly mobile, able to access all areas of the premises.
Ability to concentrate and remain focused while prioritizing multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects.

Ability to frequently use hands and arms.
Employees in these roles may also be expected to: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach for extended periods while servicing equipment.
Ability to work in tight spaces or awkward positions, including accessing equipment interiors and elevated areas.
Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills required for precise electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work.
Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform related duties as required.
