Base Salary Range $70,000 - $150,000 USD

Build and test prototypes, sub-assemblies, and feasibility units under engineering guidance.
Interpret schematics, diagrams, and layouts to perform testing, checkout, troubleshooting, and rework of PCBAs and harnesses.
Operate and set up standard test equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, supplies, DMMs) and perform PCBA/cable rework to IPC standards.
This role will involve working hands-on with aerial, ground, and integrated hardware systems-building prototypes, fabricating test setups, and supporting manufacturing workflows.
You'll collaborate closely with Electrical, Mechanical, and Firmware Engineers to accelerate prototyping, improve reliability, and lay the foundation for scalable production.

3+ years' experience as an engineering technician in a prototype or development lab.
Strong ability to read/interpret PCBA schematics, cable drawings, and test procedures independently.
Experience with prototype electro-mechanical hardware (PCBAs, cables, harnesses, robotic/vehicle systems).
Hands-on skills: soldering, crimping, rework, cable assembly to IPC standards
