About the role
- We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to help us craft intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that our providers love.
- Ideal candidates may have experience as a founding engineer or founder and bring a bias toward ownership, speed, and continuous iteration.
- As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering scalable, modular UI components, collaborating on product development, and shaping the user experience of our AI-first platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reusable, performant, and accessible frontend components using React and TypeScript
- Own UX polish and interaction quality
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define API interfaces and occasionally implement backend logic as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering roles
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and frontend architecture
- Ability to write clean, modular, scalable code with an eye for reusability
- Track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX in close collaboration with design/product
Nice to have
- experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, GraphQL, or similar)
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our New York office with a fully in-person team
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000.
- Total compensation for this position may also include stock options.
- Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
