Responsibilities

  • Travel to Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the Goldstone Deep Space Communication Complex (GDSCC) to support customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 6 years with no degree U.S. Citizenship Required Must be competent in test theory, test methodologies, software safety, and the fundamentals of computer science and software design.
  • The ability to undergo a trusted background check and pass a National Criminal Information Check (NCIC).
  • Experience interfacing successfully across various departmental levels.
  • Analytical skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Candidate must be able to work in a team environment
  • Experience with DSN processes governing Test and Transfer Fast learner, interested in problem solving, a self-starter who can make defined requirements from a user's inputs, and be flexible with solutions.

  • Candidate must be able to work in a team environment; proactive; innovative; articulate; able to present briefing material to customers during formal reviews; demonstrate good problem-solving techniques and skills.

Compensation

  • Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000.
  • This represents the typical salary range for this position.
  • Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
  • Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
