About the role

  • The role focuses on bank reconciliations and bank feed management, fixed asset accounting, and general ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Own bank reconciliations across multiple entities and bank accounts, including managing automated bank feeds in NetSuite
  • Maintain the fixed asset subledger, including additions, disposals, transfers, and monthly depreciation
  • Support general ledger activities, including intercompany entries and other recurring close tasks
  • Partner with AP, AR, and Treasury to research and resolve reconciling items
  • Actively support the documentation, design, and ongoing adherence to internal controls to ensure a SOX-ready reporting environment
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of accounting operations
  • Support NetSuite reconciliations, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Nice to have

  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP preferred

Compensation

  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close

  • You will partner with the broader accounting team to support the monthly close, assist with audit deliverables, and contribute to ongoing process and systems improvements within NetSuite.
