Responsibilities
- Contribute to civil design from permitting through project completion for diverse market sectors.
- Research jurisdictional codes and manuals to determine design requirements.
- Collaborate with structural, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical teams on complex projects.
- The position will involve a mix of technical design and consulting.

Requirements
- Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Civil Engineer with one (1) to three (3) years of experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to challenging projects for our Bay Area office.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Licensing: Civil Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) required.
- Software: Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Compensation
- Straight Pay for Overtime: Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
- Bonuses: Annual discretionary performance bonuses.
