About the role

  • This partnership covers the last step of getting a battery on a member's home, and it continues to scale into new territories across the country.
  • A battery isn't installed until a licensed electrician shows up at a member's home and does the work - and that's the part of the business most software companies never have to solve.
  • When we open a new territory, this team is the reason a member's install date is real instead of a guess.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain subcontractor relationships to grow Base's install capacity across the country
  • Build trusted relationships with executives and on-the-ground teams
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with installer partners
  • Set, track, and deliver against internal targets across Base teams to achieve partnership goals
  • Commercial acumen to structure, negotiate, and sustain win-win-win outcomes for Base, our partners, and our members in a B2B2C environment
