About the role

  • The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversee daily front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, compliance with company standards, and efficient team performance.
  • Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Must be comfortable and able to stand for up to 6-8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • 2 years experience as a lead or supervisor
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Conflict resolution and guest recovery skills
  • Scheduling and labor management experience
  • California Food Handlers Certificate (completion at time of hire)
  • RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificate (completion at time of hire)

Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $25.75 per hour.
